Louise Donnelly

Founder/CEO
Louise Donnelly is the CEO of Magnolia Wellness, bringing a strong background in healthcare business and a lifelong dedication to service. An Army veteran and passionate mental health advocate, Louise has devoted her career to helping individuals find better ways to live through accessible, effective mental health treatment. Her leadership is driven by a deep commitment to community, ensuring behavioral health resources are available to those who need them most. Under her guidance, Magnolia Wellness is dedicated to grow as a beacon of compassionate, community-focused care.

Dr. Savage

Medical Director

Shane Savage, M.D. is triple-board certified in General Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Forensic Psychiatry. He completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at Clayton College and State University. Following undergraduate studies, Dr. Savage worked at Emory University in Nephrology research for nearly three years. He completed medical school at Morehouse School of Medicine. Following medical school, Dr. Savage completed his Internship, General Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Savage was involved in various committees within Vanderbilt Medical Center and served as Chief Resident in his final year of Child and Adolescent Fellowship. Following completion of his training at Vanderbilt, Dr. Savage moved back to his hometown and returned to Emory University to complete a year of specialized training in Forensic Psychiatry. Dr. Savage is Board Certified in Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Forensic Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

 

During his time in Nashville, Dr. Savage served as Medical Director of a one-hundred bed residential facility, focusing on long-term mental health treatment of sex offending youth. He has also served as Medical Director of 24/7 crisis stabilization units in Southwest Georgia, serving both children and adults. He has experience working in managed care, serving as the Behavioral Health Medical Director for the GA360 program which serves the entire foster care population of Georgia.

Shawn Witt

Clinical Director

As a trauma survivor herself, Shawn had the vision that no person should ever feel alone in their recovery. This vision prompted her to embark on her therapeutic journey, obtaining her Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) certificate and a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s in the psychoanalytic discipline from Northwestern University. Later, she became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), with certifications in addiction (CAADC), trauma (CCTP-II), and personality disorders (C-PD), with a subspecialty in mass shooting survivors, first responders, and combat veterans. Most recently, she became a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS). Shawn is also trained in Level Two EMDR techniques and utilizes this in her private practice. In 2015, she served on the Board of Advisors for The Ranch Recovery Center in Tennessee, specializing in trauma and addiction recovery, further cementing her passion for the cause. Shawn often lectures throughout Georgia on trauma and recovery, introducing others to her innovative approach to trauma therapy with a unique connection to community. These experiences motivated her to establish TraumAnon, a peer-led, 12-step trauma support group. Founded in 2019, TraumAnon now has an over 9,000-member community spanning across the U.S. and multiple other countries. Shawn publishes a podcast, Trauma Talks with Shawn Witt, focused on trauma and addiction which can be found on Spotify.. Additionally, Shawn has been quoted in ` and is currently used as a source for Politico, regarding trauma and its effects on survivors. She has been a guest speaker at the Georgia Mental Health Consumer Network Conference and hosts certifications and training for CPSs throughout Georgia. Shawn spends time between her home in Savannah and Atlanta with her husband, four children, and her mastiff, Ellie Mae. She coaches cheerleading for CHAA, a local Christian homeschool association, and is active in her church and community.

Anna Milam

Primary Therapist

Anna Milam is a Primary Therapist with extensive experience in addiction counseling and behavioral health treatment. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Marshall University and has dedicated her career to supporting individuals through recovery, personal growth, and long-term wellness.

Erika Silva

Mental Health Counselor Intern

Erika Silva is a Mental Health Counselor Intern completing her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, where she focuses on helping individuals cultivate awareness, resilience, and emotional balance.

 

Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered principles to support clients in understanding patterns of thought and behavior, developing emotional regulation skills, and fostering personal growth.

Erika’s work is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practice, and a deep respect for each client’s unique process of healing and self-discovery. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to effect meaningful change in their lives.

Destinee Fox

Lead Behavioral Health Technician

Destinee Fox is a compassionate behavioral health professional who is driven by a passion for helping individuals discover their strengths and build lasting emotional well-being. With an educational background in clinical and forensic psychology, they bring experience supporting clients through behavioral interventions that promote growth, self-awareness, and adaptive coping. Their approach emphasizes positive psychology, focusing on hope, and personal empowerment to encourage lasting change. Destinee believes that progress begins with empathy, understanding, and creating a safe space where every client feels valued and supported.

Spencer Gregory

Director of Business Development

Spencer has spent several years in the substance use and mental health field and has built a reputation for showing up with both heart and purpose. He’s a dedicated Recovery and Mental Health Advocate and currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Perimeter Detox in Atlanta, Georgia. He’s passionate about connecting individuals and families with meaningful treatment options and takes real pride in pairing his strategic growth experience with a people-first approach. Compassion drives every decision he makes, and he works hard to make sure each person feels understood, supported, and guided toward care that fits their needs.

CASEY ARMIGER

Human Resources

Casey Armiger’s path to the behavioral health field began with a foundation in political science and a deep-seated desire to make a meaningful impact. His early entrepreneurial journey, where he built and led several businesses, sharpened his leadership skills and deepened his understanding of what it takes to create sustainable, people-centered organizations. Driven by empathy and a commitment to helping others, Casey found his calling in substance use and mental health treatment. At Magnolia Wellness, he brings a unique blend of business acumen and compassion to his role in Human Resources, supporting a team dedicated to restoring lives and strengthening communities. Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending time with his dog, Ollie, and playing golf—activities that reflect his appreciation for balance, connection, and well-being.

Libbey Laprise, CPhT

Phlebotomist

Libbey graduated with an Associates degree in Applied Science from Lanier Technical College and further enhanced her expertise by completing an accelerated phlebotomy course at the Georgia Institute of Phlebotomy in 2024, earning her phlebotomy license. She is currently an account manager and certified phlebotomist at Aeon Global Health, the laboratory service provider for our facility. Passionate about rehabilitation, mental health, and recovery, Libbey is deeply connected to this field, as she has loved ones who have faced challenges with substance abuse and mental health. She values building one-on-one connections with her patients, offering both clinical and personal support where needed.

 

In her role, Libbey not only ensures compliance with toxicology and blood testing protocols but also prioritizes delivering accurate results and compassionate care to our patients.
